Allan & Bath’s David awarded for excellence in Customer Service

Every month letting specialist Leaders, of which Dorset letting agent Allan & Bath is a part, presents a special award to a member of their staff for achieving Excellence in Customer Service.

The award winner is chosen on the basis of positive feedback received each month from the firm’s many landlords and tenants across its network of 59 offices. The person to receive the best feedback, or the greatest number of positive comments for that month, wins the award.

The winner of this month’s award is David Warren, property manager at Allan & Bath in Bournemouth. David received an exceptionally positive email from a long-standing landlord expressing his appreciation of the service he has received over the years. This email sums up exactly the kind of customer satisfaction that Allan & Bath aims to provide to all their landlords and tenants.
